where it is reasonable to expect that obtaining consent for collection and use would compromise the availability or accuracy of the information, and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of contract or a violation of Canadian federal or provincial laws;
if disclosure is necessary to comply with a subpoena, search warrant, court order or court rules relating to the production of documents;
if the information was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business or professional activities, and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced;

Therefore, we cannot assure or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorized parties will be unable to circumvent our security measures and improperly obtain, access, steal or modify your information. Although we make every effort to protect your personal data, the transmission of information to and from our Services is at your own risk. We recommend that you access our Services only within a secure environment.

10. CONTROLS FOR THE "DO NOT TRACK" FEATURE
Most web browsers and certain operating systems or mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature that you can enable to indicate your preference not to be tracked during your online browsing activities. At present, however, there is no uniform technical standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. Consequently, we currently do not respond to browser DNT signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicate your preference not to be tracked online.
If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future and we are required to comply with it, we will inform users by updating this Privacy Notice.
California law requires disclosure of how we respond to browser DNT signals. Since there is currently no recognized industry or legal standard, we do not take such signals into account.
